Using the instructions for what a resume should look like, review a table mate’s resume. • Write on the resume anything that is out of place, missing, etc. • If you did not bring a resume today, you will work alone completing a resume. Resume peer review
Once you have finished peer reviewing the resume, create 8 interview questions for this person based on their objective, experience, and interview questions from our handouts. • You may refer to the handouts for some questions that are appropriate. • Hold on to all this material. It is now time to conduct mock interviews. Working with the person who peer reviewed your resume, conduct a mock interview where your peer reviewer is the interviewer and you are the applicant for a job based on your job objective. • It’s going to get noisy in here, so you will want to sit next to each other so you can hear.
