  5. Employees • Human Resources • As of 31st December 2015 2JCP had a total of 350 employees. With contractors total number is 500 people. • 2 JCP manufactures in the region with welding tradition and it employs experienced technical and design staff Further expansion plan • 2 JCP has cooperation with a high school in Roudnicenad Labem, which is focused on welding – potential for acquiring of 12 welders per a year 2 JCP employs highly skilled professionals. Certification for Pressure Vessels • EN 3834-2 Certificate • Since August 2009 2JCP has certified procedures of welding as per EN ISO 3834-2 which allows to manufacture pressure vessels as per PED 97/23/EG • Since that we have built several pressured air storage tanks for blowing air in self cleaning pulse filterhouses 2 JCP is holder of EN ISO 3834-2 certificate… …which allows manufacture of pressure vessels.
