Conflict of Interest Committee COI Committee Charge from Dr. Wilson (10/18/18) • Serve as the COI reviewing body for Disclosures as provided in the COI in R&D Policy and Procedures. • Ensure the University Council is aware of the COIC, its role, and the COI R&D Policy & Procedures. • Formulate an effective information and educational program for employees, including a web based training module.
