  7. Kun lämpötila nostetaan +73 asteeseen, rakentaa dna -polymeraasientsyymi uudet vastinjuosteet. +73 °C PCR -laite

  8. Lämpötilan nosto +95 asteeseen, avaa jälleen vastinjuosteet. +95 °C PCR -laite

  9. +55 asteessa alukkeet pariutuvat vastinjuosteiden kanssa. +55 °C PCR -laite

  10. Kun lämpötila nostetaan +73 asteeseen, rakentaa dna -polymeraasientsyymi jälleen uudet vastinjuosteet. +73 °C PCR -laite
