Business Description • SNIKLE Site Contractors is a subsidiary of Elkins Constructors, Inc. that will perform the site development of the parent company. • Specializing in land clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, storm drainage, curbing and roadwork. • SNIKLE plans to enter the market in North Florida with aspirations of expanding throughout the Southeast.
