Reviewing what criteria the HA currently has defined for applicants in Public Housing and Section 8.
Review your current paper and/or electronic applications for Public Housing and Section 8. • Review Waiting List’s. • Review Preferences.
The Tenmast Demo website • Navigate to the Demo Online Application. http://demo.tenmast.com
Basic Versus Detailed Application • Basic Application works like a Pre-App. • Detailed allows you more customization of what you want to have access to on the application. (Example would be References, Assets, Expenses, etc..)

Landlord Access Giving your landlords access to all they need to know on a secure website!
Landlord Access: Preparation • Landlord Access is a secure website that allows your Landlords access to their HAP information 24 hours a day! • Landlords may also be granted access to their Section 8 Inspections information in detail. • 1099’s are accessible if person who registers is also the owner of the property.
What can the Housing Authority use the Landlord Access Website for? • Posting any announcements to the landlords regarding an upcoming event or meeting. • Uploading documentation for the landlords to access once they have logged into the website. • The Housing Authority will designate at least one person as the LL Access Administrator to assist their landlords should they need assistance.
Employee Access • What do I need to know about it?
Payroll • All information that is pulled into the Employee Access Website comes from the information in the Payroll program.
