Electronic Registry The Building of a Ubiquitous Government in the University of Murcia • Main objective: sending of electronic forms and documents to the university with the same validity as the physical registry. • Characteristics: • Electronic way of receiving official documents with authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation of the performed transactions. • Providing of a service for the state checking of the forms and documents registered in the Electronic Registry Database. • Integration of these electronic documents inside the workflows of the university. • Complete electronic processing between the different users that play a role in the lifecycle of the document.

Electronic Marks Certificate The Building of a Ubiquitous Government in the University of Murcia • Main objective: generation and signing of marks certificates without using any paper. • Characteristics: • The professors do not have to go to the academic secretaries to carry out a handwritten signature. • The students receive faster their final marks. • The integrity and authenticity of each mark is guaranteed through the digital signature process. • XML document, signed by the professor. • Application integrated into the virtual campus of the University of Murcia (SUMA).
