What is Survey Monkey? • Survey monkey is a website where you can create surveys to find out valuable information on almost anything you chose. • Survey monkey would be most valuable to a company or someone who has put on an event and would like to get feedback on their from their customers or attendees.

  3. Why Survey Monkey? • Creating a survey on Survey Monkey would be the best option for my placement because we are constantly looking for feedback and keeping in touch with the Fleming College Alumni. • This way we can get feedback on our events and services so we can know what we are doing right and make any necessary changes to better the Alumni Relations Department. • Not for advertising purposes but for feedback from alumni and informal purposes.

  5. Purpose of a Survey • It is very important for us to support our Fleming alumni and make sure that they are happy with our services. We are always trying to find better ways to recognize our alumni and provide services that are beneficial to each and every unique individual and what better way to do that than a survey with all the right questions! • Creating a webpage using wordpress would be useful for the Alumni Relations, but since we already have webpages and social media sites to get the word out about our services, I figured it would be better to provide some feedback on our services through a survey for future reference.

  6. Issues? • I did not experience any issues while trying to create this survey. Survey Monkey is a very straight forward website and is a great way to create surveys. • I would recommend Survey Monkey to anyone.

  7. What to Improve? • If I were to do this again, I would improve the amount of questions asked in my survey. Although my questions were fairly good and would receive valuable feedback, I feel as thought I could have added a couple more for that extra amount of useful information.
