  6. Actions • Develop Best Management Practices • Install pipe drops & water control structures

  7. Getting Started Survey needs of landowners Results being: • Loss of crops and cropland • Landowners were willing to share expenses for improvement by participating in the 50% Erosion Control cost share project

  8. Plan of Work • Advertise • Sign up and Application period • Map locations • Provide Technical Assistance • Bid ad placed in newspaper • Bids awarded to venders and contracts signed • Invoiced and signed contracts with participants • Order pipes • Inspection with GPS locations
