  2. Pocket Praise • Thank you card • $10.00 local “food/coffee” gift card • Any Supervisor/Manager can initiate • Planned for 6 – 10 per year

  3. Attendance Bingo • Each week, all employees with perfect attendance get to pay an agency bingo game • Prizes are a weekend stay at various resorts in Washington ($300 value) • 4 to 5 prizes awarded each year

  4. Longevity Awards • Employee’s recognized for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of employment • A lapel pin • Certificate of appreciation • Announcement at Board of Directors and Team Link meetings

  5. Retirement Recognitions • Employees receive a signed goodwill photo • Small congratulations reception • Gift card between $50 - $100 depending on years of service

  6. “Way To Go Team” Days • Recognition of extra-ordinary efforts of the team (bad weather or similar stressor) • Management team will provide a treat. • Cooking breakfast for all employees • Handing out Ice-cream / cookies at station • Planned for 1 – 3 events per year

  7. Fun Days • A “silly/fun” competition at our operations base prior to or at the end of shifts. • Turkey bowling, one handed basket shots, pavement putting). • Snacks and camaraderie • Planned for 2 events per year

  8. High Five Award • Recognition for individual extraordinary action • Assisting someone (CPR, intervention, special service) • Creative idea or action • Lapel pin and local gift card • 1 or 2 per year

  9. Club Link • Employee funded club • Purchases event door prizes • Assists in recognition events • Organizes Applesox night, Wenatchee Wild night • Monthly birthday recognitions • Coffee and ops base popcorn

  10. Company Picnic/Holiday Reception • Holiday reception – December/January • Catered finger foods – fun games • Recognitions and camaraderie • Low key, company barbeque July/August • Families invited - • Picnic type games • Door prizes
