  4. What type of organisation are you from? 70% of respondents were from a Mental Health Trust What is your role in the organisation?

  5. Is the Inquiry RESPECTED? What is your OPINION of the Inquiry? Very Unfavourable 1% 69% had a favourable opinion of the Inquiry 76% AGREED the Inquiry is respected

  8. ..link with other orgs as landscape of mental health patient pathway changes ..making data available at sub-national level ..demonstrate that recommendations are cost effective and publicise this What could we do better? Some of your suggestions, comments, thoughts were….. ..stronger positive links with MH ward staff (e.g. training resources) .. overemphasis on mental iIlness and suicide.. suicide is a societal issue.. findings re: homicide much more balanced and helpful ..more information back to organisations as a benchmark ..better publicity ..distribute among clinicians who are not psychiatrists ..annual reports that are more locally focused ..no clear evidence of medical efficacy ..capture examples of good practice ..it would be useful if organisations were required to implement recommendations as opposed to considering the recs ..NCISH are missing opportunity to look at role of general health services in reducing risk …acknowledge that people will commit suicide whatever service they get…insufficient resources… those we have are misused ..how about an i-phone app
