  2. Key Points for EAP Participation EAP writing is expected to be taken by all 11th grade students. EAP/ELA is expected to be taken by all 11th grade students. EAP/Math is expected to be taken by all eligible 11th grade students. EAP letter (from CDE) is sent to all 11th graders by District Office.

  3. Key Points for EAP Participation Training on EAP provided to High School Principals and leadership staff. EAP Results provided to High Schools. Importance of EAP conveyed to High Schools. Use of various means of communication to remind students of the importance of EAP (Teleparent, email, assembly, marquee, etc.)

  4. Key Points for EAP Participation EAP Information Sheet is provided to all teachers administering the EAP CST assessment. EAP Script is to be read by all teachers administering the EAP CST assessment. Students are encouraged to bubble in both selections to maintain the broadest possible options for their post-secondary careers. Teachers monitor and ensure students complete the section. District staff examine booklets to ensure the sections are bubbled.
