  2. Long-term Goal To employ and implement 21st century teaching approaches to enrich students’ positive reception of academics in general and Accounts in particular

  3. Short-term Goals Encouraging students to utilize and improvise all aspects of thinking skills Transform my daily lectures into more productive discussion sessions Motivating students to be the focal point in order to accomplish student based classrooms. Providing students with tutorial sessions where they can demonstrate their skills by conducting and sharing research on certain chosen topics from the syllabus

  5. Anticipated Challenges & Solutions Challenge: The proposed activities may require more time than expected. Solution: Effective Time management and co-ordination with other subject teachers will resolve the issue.

  6. Anticipated Challenges & Solutions Challenge: Adequate resources may not be available. Solution: The authorities will be informed of the plan in advance and economical utilization of assets will be ensured.

  7. Anticipated Challenges & Solutions Challenge: There might be a general unwillingness. Solution: The objectives of the plan will be made known to all the concerned personnel beforehand to ensure proper functioning.
