  1. English 10 10/30/14 • Journal: • A “bucket list” is a list of things you want to do/experience/accomplish in your lifetime. Create a bucket list with as many items that you can think of. • You will all share at least one item!

  2. “Curriculum Vitae” by Lisel Mueller • CV: gives an overview of a person's experience and other qualifications • 1st Reading: put a star next to lines you like or that you have questions about • 2nd Reading: How does the concept of a “curriculum vitae” apply to this poem? In what ways does the title suit the poem? What story does the poem tell?

  3. Assignment: CV Poem • Use your bucket list to write your own “CV” poem. Look at Mueller’s poem as a model to help you. • Include at least 10 line-items in your poem • Due tomorrow! 
