Radio-contamination prevention • Air Conditioning Unit, DAIKIN, Split FTXR-EV1B • Control of temperature and humidity. • Dust filtering. • Laminar Flow Box, Heraguard HPH 12/95 • HEPA filters H14, efficiency >99.999% for particles 0.3 mm. • Horizontal air flow. • We are getting an experience with dust. • Present level: • Flow-Box OFF →10^6-10^7 particles 0.5 μm / m^3 • Flow-Box ON → 10^3-10^4 particles 0.5 μm / m^3 • Manipulations with naked blocks to be done inside the Laminar Flow Box.
