Comprehending Q1: Who is Elias? Story teller, a poor black worker in South Africa. Q2: Were the black people treated as well as the white people in South Africa at that time? No, they were not. (No vote, rights, jobs, living places; poor education…) Q3: When some people are badly treated because of their race(种族) and others not , what do we call it? Racism(种族歧视)
