Diwali: A Festival of Lights and Goodness

Diwali, also called "Deepawali," symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. Celebrated over two days, the festival includes rituals, cleaning, decorating, wearing new clothes, prayers, lighting lamps, fireworks, and sharing food and gifts with neighbors and friends. The lighting of diyas signifies the start of happiness and prosperity, while pujas and prayers are offered for good luck. The festive atmosphere includes vibrant firework shows and a variety of delicious food gifts. Overall, Diwali is a joyous occasion where communities come together to celebrate positivity and hope.
