  2. The Teachers play an important role in our lives to become successful and help us to become a good citizen of the Country. After you Become A Teacher, your main purpose is to help students learn a variety of subjects,help them progress in their academics and encourage necessary life skills.

  3. ROLES THAT A TEACHER MUST FILL • Resource - There will be many people who will come to the teacher seeking information so even if the person is only seeking a source of information, the teacher is the one who must know how to find what the student is looking for. • Support - A teacher must act as the support person when the student needs help. Support can come in many forms such as a coach, leader etc. A teacher may even have to support other teachers leading a particular subject matter.

  4. ROLES THAT A TEACHER MUST FILL • Helping hand - Teachers who are active in the school will often have more jobs than just the one they were hired to perform. Often, the goals of the teacher will be to mentor the students and match the direction that the school is taking. • Learner- A learner is a person who is always growing in life and will never claim that they know it all. A teacher will be challenged everyday with a new task that will help them grow into a better person.

  5. REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A TEACHER • In the United States every State requires that the Public School Teachers be licensed by completing the education requirements and passing Online Teacher Certificationexaminations to Become A Teacher. • ABachelor's degree is the minimum requirement for the licensure. The Elementary teachers hold bachelor's degrees in education, while high school teachers have degrees in a subject area.
