Definition • In very basic terms, the "cow of fire" is a pirotecnic box in the form of a cow in which flaming sticks are placed, making it seem that it is on fire. Then two members of the community enter its interior and run after other people, making it a pretty dangerous activity. This normally starts at dawn, around 4 am, due to the danger that it represents to children and the elderly.
