  4. School Suggestions • Seek counseling • Ten day academic suspension • Family took no actions

  5. Fotiori • School gave Palmer 10 day academic and 60 day athletic suspension

  6. Final Decision • “Palmers suspensions from school and participation in inter-scholastic football did not violate any right secured by the Constitution, we will affirm the judgment of the district court” • State has very strong interest in preserving drug free schools.
