  1. 2013 Benefits Open Season 11 November – 9 December Eligible employees may enroll or change their enrollment in: Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program Federal Flexible Spending Account Program Enrollment in the FEHB program will satisfy the Affordable Care Act’s minimum essential coverage (MEC) requirement Elections are effective 12 Jan 14 and will be reflected on the Leave & Earnings Statement for pay period ending 25 Jan 14 Employees can find detailed information on making an Open Season election for FEHB on the myPers website at https://myPers.af.mil, keyword search 7665 Employees will make their health benefit elections through the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS), which can be accessed on the myPers website
