Exam and QP-status About the Certificates / Diploma: After attending a module, you will receive a certificate for attendance. It is also possible to do an examination in one or more modules. If you have successfully passed the examination(s) you will receive a Certificate Part,1,2,3, or 4, referring to the module(s). Those who have passed the examination(s) of the Modules 1,2,3 (and 4) within three years, will receive a Diplom on which the modules attended are specified. There will be two examination sessions per year at Utrecht
Exam and QP-status • The examination consists of two parts: • One assignment for each module, which can be worked out at home and should be delivered • before or at the written examination session. • The assignments are related to the case “Creatis and BODL 2000”. The examination committee will judge the assignments with a mark. • The assignment should be about 5-10 pages. • 2. ...........
Exam and QP-status The examination consists of two parts: 1. ......... 2. The written examination sessions (twice per year) will be held at Utrecht. You are asked to write down the answers to the questions about the modules. The questions are not only related to the case “Creatis and BODL 2000”, but also to the content of the course books. The complete course books will be available during the session. The questions are focused on attitude and insight. The exam committee will judge your answers with a mark. The final mark is the average of both examination parts.

Exam and QP-status • Language of the examination parts: • The assigment and the written examination should be worked out in English (to be preferred) or in Dutch
Exam and QP-status Successful completion of the training course, by passing the examination(s) of the Modules 1,2,3 (and 4), forms a good starting point to apply for Qualified Person (QP) status. The application should be done by the manufacturing holder and addressed to the national authorities. Dependent on your educational background (academic study and courses or modules attended) and experience, it may be possible to obtain the QP-status.
