Who is responsible for what in this project ? • : - payment of VAT and other taxes due (> 1.000.000 EUR) • - deployment of staff : over 100 customs officials • - leasing of the exclusive fibre optics backbone : 250.000 EUR / year • - maintenance contract after three years • - operational costs (electricity, use of concession part for temporary storage, transport in case of third inspection, ... )
