  2. Scope • Identify marketing materials available in the Agent Tool-Kit • Create printable documents to promote agents and agencies • Standardize the procedure for creating compliant marketing tools

  3. Getting Started • Locate and click on “Product Information & Materials

  4. Click “Materials” tab located on the left side of the screen • Next, click on the sub-tab labeled “Sales Materials”

  5. Scroll down on the “Sales Materials” page and locate the link labeled, “Go to Agent Tool Kit.”

  6. Select either “English Material” or “Other Languages” as appropriate for your specific need * • * (English selected in this presentation)

  7. Select the specific product or Advertisement that you wish to create* • *(United Healthcare Medicare Solutions selected in this presentation)

  8. Now that you have determined which product to focus on, you can choose which type of advertisement is best for your strategy* • *(More Benefits than Original Medicare selected for this presentation)

  9. Select the document that you wish to customize and create

  10. Select a Headline and subhead • Enter the city, state, or area in which you will be marketing • Select call out option • Enter your information

  11. After your heading, subheading and personal information has been entered, click “Update” • After you update the selection, a preview will appear on the right side of the page. • If you are satisfied with the preview, select “Next Step” at the lower right side of the page

  12. Select your delivery method • If you select “Download,” a PDF of your item will usually be available within 24-48 hours for printing • Once you have selected your delivery method, click “Next Step”

  13. Once you reach this page, the process of creating a document is complete! • Verify the description and product, then select “Add to Shopping Cart”

  14. Your Order is Now Complete!!! • Once the item is approved • You will receive notification via Email • You will be able to print the document • Explore the Agent Tool Kit! There are many resources available to you. The form created in this presentation was non-product specific
