  1. El Dorado HS Feeder Pattern Increase community awareness about their local fine arts programs and events through exhibits and performances.

  2. El Dorado HS Feeder Art Collaborate more with fellow colleagues. Increase enrollment in clubs and programs. More educational workshops for students and teachers.

  3. El Dorado HS Feeder Theatre Increase communication with the feeder pattern. Increase retention of students among the Middle School and High School campuses. Doing fall and spring workshops in the feeder pattern.

  4. El Dorado HS Feeder Guitar Increase participation in UIL Solo & Ensemble. Develop a more unified guitar curriculum across the district. Raise the standards of guitar curriculum across the El Paso region.

  5. El Dorado HS Feeder Band Increase enrollment by 10% in the Middle School and High School campuses. Receive a Division 1 rating in the feeder pattern. 95% passing on UIL/TEA eligibility.

  6. El Dorado HS Feeder Choral To create an opportunity for each middle school to perform during the year with the high school program at least once. To work with the MS students during the year for solo/ensemble, all-region, and UIL Choir contests. To create an easier transition from MS to HS in the choral program.

  7. El Dorado HS Feeder Dance To foster creativity and facilitate critical thinking in a collaborative learning environment. Integrating the TEKS/in math, Science, writing thru Dance  Students may enhance creative thinking, integrity, discipline, patience and self-confidence which can be applied to all future endeavors.

  8. El Dorado HS Feeder Color Guard Maintain current color guard trends and rules. Move up one or two placements from previous seasons. Maintain the eligibility calendar for a successful year.
