  4. Honesty This quality is a must for any successful REALTOR®. It requires the REALTOR® to be upfront and transparent throughout the process no matter what the consequences are.

  5. Experience • An experienced REALTOR® will be well versed with all aspects of real estate. They can market your property more effectively than an amateur REALTOR®. • Also, an experienced REALTOR® will have access to multiple properties in your area.

  6. Licensed • Yes! Nowadays, even if you’re hiring a plumber, people prefer that they are licensed. When it comes to real estate, people obviously prefer licensed realtors anyway. • Licensed REALTOR® means, genuine service and no complaints!
