I’ve always found it interesting that real estate agents are a part of an industry where service and integrity are paramount. Yet paradoxically the high commissions and appearance of easy work attract competitive egos and therefore the get rich quick crowd. If they appear at your blankly, or seem to form up a solution on the fly, this person is probably not an honest communicator or a tough worker for his or her clients. Also at your appt. ask yourself, is that this person is basically hearing me and becoming conscious of my specific situation? Do I feel comfortable with them?
