Establishment of the RUBIKON Employment Agency Getting a job as an important factor in re-integration. Permission to mediate employment - In June 2011, we obtained permission from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic to mediate employment in the territory of the Czech Republic. Our cooperation with employers hase beendeveloping. E.g. Practical Interviews Day is a trial working interview between employer – candidate.

Job training - development of the secondary labour market paid training job positions under an employment contract full or part time job for 5-10 months individual package (mentoring, employment counselling, debts, psychological support) finances prior to taking the adequate position restoring work habits improving work competencies, retraining training and development aimed at entering the primary labour market reintegration
Training job position – an office assistant accredited "course"– obtaining a certificate directly in the offices of the RUBIKON Centrum - our colleagues developing job competencies developing soft competencies restoring work habits restoring self-confidence transfer to the primary labour market we have provided more than 45training job positionssince 2013
RubikonCentrum Servis - 2015 • social enterprise employing people with a criminal record • We have employed 63people since 2015, of which 48directly in prison.
1. Cleaning services the first major contract for the town of Úvaly and the cooperation ofseveral entities (the Labour Office, municipality, justice system, NGOs and RCS) • partnershipwith a municipality that wants "more than just cleaning„ • flexible employment arrangements (e.g. salary advances) • training and skills development, reintegration counselling • This is an undemanding job that every healthy person can handle • The operation of this activity appears to be economically unsustainable and requiring grants for sustainable functioning - this is due to the "low-threshold" status of workers • subsequent employment in the primary labour market (over50 %) • 21 employees since the commencement of the program

The sewing workshop in the Vinařice Prison • male prison • production of segments into car seat covers • several weeks of training • two shift operation - 40 employees • job offer after being released from prison • accompanying counselling for employees (debt counselling, career counselling, pre-release preparation) • 48employees since the commencement of the program 7 employees were employed with the cooperating employer within 1 week after their release from the prison, so far all managed to pass the probationary period (3 months)
The success of work trainingSocial enterprise RCS • In case of 50 % clients who have been employed in the social enterprise after their release we managed to achieve a long-term work integration, despite the fact that these are really "low-threshold clients". • 7 employees, ex-convicts, commenced their job immediately after they were released from prison, their employment was mediated in the primary labour market with the cooperating employer.
The success of work training In 2013, we opened our first training clerical job position Since then, we have provided more than 100training job positions and established a social enterprise Currently, we have 4 types of training job positions More than 80 % of candidates who have completed their training in training job positions gained legal employment in the primary labour market Employees of the RUBIKON Centrum have gained valuable experience in employing people with a criminal record

The main benefit is that I had the opportunity to try a clerical job. In the past, in blue-collar positions I always knew I have the potential for something more challenging. But here, finally, I got the chance to prove it. The second and no less important fact is that thanks to the training job position I did not have to conceal my criminal history from any of my colleagues and I did not have to pretend anything.
