R.O.P.E.S Project Objective • Increase capacity to provide medication assisted treatment of opioid use disorders in Northern Ohio • Combine treatment with comprehensive psychosocial services driven by Peer Recovery Support Services • Improve accessibility and effectiveness of treatment services and recovery supports for OUD.

Where do we go next Steer away from attracting clients and close up gaps in services • Engage - Peers • Convert - Education • Retain - Client centered practices What's Next? • Expand the M.A.T groups and develop a M.A.T. support group. • Increase community out reach by way of peers • Educate public and future clients on benefits of M.A.T. and strike back against the stigma and uncertainty

Staying on Top • Maintain the personalized experience, beginning with encouraging a sense of belonging from engagement. Creating an atmosphere that instantly diminishes the stigma of M.A T. Connect clients with peer support and sponsors that can be found in out M.A.T. support groups. Develop more creative ways to incentivize the client, and celebrate their successes.
