AFJROTC • The club purpose is to prepare students for the military environment and to make cadets into community citizens. Also, this club supports the AFJROTC program to include drill teams.
AP Club • The AP Club does various fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for funds for the AP tests at the end of the year. • It also allows you to receive information on waivers that you could qualify for.
AVID • AVID’s mission is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society. • Helps with organization, college entrance exams (SAT’s and the ACT’s), and college applications.
Band • Being in band gives you opportunity to be apart of the school and play an awesome instrument of your choice!!
California Scholarship Federation • To provide assistance to high achieveing students with a statewide recognized club.
Cheer • Pep squad that goes to the home sporting events to encourage crowd involvement and boost the school spirit.
Chibi Tigers • Also known as the anime club, the club teaches students Japanese culture and they read a lot of anime and discuss it.
Choir • This club helps students to broaden their knowledge of music and explore interests in different aspects of choir. • In addition, this club helps to improve musical abilities, talents, activities, and build knowledge of performances and skills.
Club Agape A-ga-pe(Christian love) selfless love felt by Christians for their fellow human beings. • This club is known better as The Christian Club. • It is an avenue of fellowship for students who desire to learn more about Jesus Christ and discuss real life issues in the company of other Christian followers.
Dance • Those who love to dance are recommended to join. • It helps to keep in shape and compete with other schools throughout the year!
Peer Buddies (DSAC) • This club helps with activities for kids with special needs.
Drama Club/Thespian Society • To produce theatrical produtctions, encourage the art of drama, and enhance the arts.
Fashion Club • To foster advance fashion skills and promote support for the coarse.
Future Farmers of America • The National FFA Organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
Graduation Club • Graduation club helps raise money for the end of the year senior activities. • It also enhances the graduation ceremony.
Hip Hop Society • To promote unity and respect amongst cultures through the positive aspects of Hip Hop, and to erase negative clichés and stereotypes of the culture.
Interact Club • The purpose of the Interact club is to provide opportunity for young people to work together in a world fellowship dedicated to service and international understanding.
National Honors Society • To honor those students who demonstrate excellence in the areas of academics, leadership, service, and character.
PC Gamers • The mission of the club is to provide students an opportunity to meet with other PC game enthusiasts and plan activities centered on PC gaming.
PE Club • This club allows members to get involved in a variety of sports and participate in different physical activities.
Photography Club • This club gives students the ability to learn how to take amazing photos and be apart of capturing the memories of the school year, during school or at different sporting events.
School Publications • This club captures the essence of high school life in the form of photography. • This club creates the yearbook.
Solar Science Club • The club mission is to promote students’ understanding of solar power, encourage careers in the solar industry, stimulate enthusiasm in science, and fund the solar boat and related studies.
Telescope Operators • This club is for those students who absolutely love astronomy and want to learn how to use a telescope. • Particle people love to learn about our galaxy and our universe.
The more you get involved with your school activities and sports, the more you excel in school. If you have any interest in any clubs please come to ASB, room 409, during your nutrition or lunch and we’ll be sure to get you involved in that club!
