4. Application Process for MBBS Program in Xiamen University Step:1– Go to https://www.mbbsdirect.com/mbbs-in-xiamen-university- china/and click on Apply Now. Step:2– Upload the required documents i.e., 10th, 12th mark sheet scanned copy, one passport size photo (3.5 X 4.5 cm dimension, 80% face area), Passport or AADHAAR copy, NEET Scorecard. Step:3 - Wait for the counselor’s call for the confirmation. After that you can pay application fee (Rs. 30,000) to initiate your application to the university. Step:4– You will receive your admission letter within 20 days of your application fee payment, if you will not receive, you can claim for the full refund of your application fee. Step: 5– Within 5 days of receiving admission letter, you need to deposit JW202 fee (Rs. 70,000/-) & documentation fee (Rs. 50,000/-) Step: 6– After the JW202 and documentation fee payment, you will receive your visa invitation letter from the university. The deadline to receive admission letter will be September 30, 2019. If you will not receive your JW202 letter on or before the deadline, you can claim full refund you have paid so far. Step: 7– After receiving JW202, you need to pay the due processing fee amount i.e., Rs. 50,000/- . You will get your visa from the Embassy of People Republic of China. You can join the group of students who are going to Xiamen University.
