Background Personality is a fact of someone’s behavior. Importance: • communication development. • Diversity of leaderships. • Understanding other behaviors.
Learning Style • Listening: Is one of the most important topics of learning. • Reading: novels, newspaper and magazine. • Regret: Failing is the key witness of the successful life.
Emotional Stability Emotional Stability is a feeling tenderness of other People. Advantages: • Feeling and understanding other people • Showing mercy Disadvantages: • Losing ability and letting people control you. • Causing a panic attack.
Conscientiousness Conscientiousness is related to ethics and regret on mistakes. Importance: • Doing the right things. • fairness and justice • Taking care of acts
Self-Monitoring Self Monitoring is a nonverbal Conduct expressionist. • Main topics: • Eye contact • Emotions and Feelings • Body Language
Type A and B • Type A is describing a person who is very hard on his work, very organized on time and pushing himself with a deadline. • Type B: those who are related with B personality are in lower stress, always calm and they achieve easily without pushing themselves.
Right-Brain/Left-Brain Dominance • Connected by fibers called ( Corpus Callosum ) • Each covered by ( The Gray Matter ) Creativity Dream Multitasking Feeling Art ( Color ) Images Music Language Numbers Critical Thinking Mathematics Solving Problem Analysis
Brain Test: • Your Left brain try to read the words while your right brain struggles to over-ride to give you the color name.
Creativity : What is Creativity? The ability to solve problems in a way that others can’t see or think about. Creative People: • Finding New Ideas • Thinking Critically • Looking at the problem from multiple views • High level of Self- Confidence
Charisma Charisma means: • Confidence • Engagement • Eye Contact • Body language • The Ability to Express Your Self • The Ability to Be flexible
Conclusion • Personality is one of the most important things of being a human being. • Learning and emotions can change the personality. • Ethical behavior proves the personality. • Communication and solving problems are the way to be a leader.
