  3. Alcohol can cause sleeping disorders!!! Everyone needs a certain amount of sleep, but alcohol usage can: - disturb your normal sleep patterns - leader to greater health consequences - cause daytime sleepiness From just these three reasons of what alcohol can do to you, you can already see how bad it is. You might not think so, but when you come across someone who has sleeping disorders from this you will see my point. You know when someone didn’t sleep because of how they act if someone's behavior is different. For example, when there mean and tired you know they didn’t sleep. I wonder when the sleeping disorders go away, or if they do?

The costs of this were attributed to social security disability, and unemployment expenses. -11 percent is worse -- it is related to health care expenses and emergency care. -10 percent is even worse -- this was attributed to criminal expenses. -5 percent is the worst -- five percent is directly related to motor vehicle crashes.

  5. How do you know if you have an addiction for Alcohol? - People probably drive home from a bar after they drink. This causes people to get into a car crash and other people might die, just because of the one person who was drinking and driving. -People who are drunk can hurt themselves. For example, they can commit suicide. Sometimes they even hurt other people, which is not right, and they would go to jail. - If someone is drunk, they sometimes get pushy or their eyes will look tired or creepy sometimes. They won’t act how they usually do.

  6. Consequences for Alcohol Abuse!!! There are many consequences for when you drink alcohol too much: • Liver damage • Heart problems • Increased risk of developing certain cancers • Depression • Violent behavior • Fatal traffic accidents • Legal problems/jail When you have liver damage, your eyes and skin starts to get yellowish. Your chest starts to have pain and it gets swelled up, and your ankles and legs swell up. You also get itchy skin and you vomit a lot. Addicted

  7. More consequences for alcohol abuse!!! When you have heart problems, your chest starts to hurt, you start to feel nauseous, have indigestion, and heartburn or stomach pain. You have throat or jaw pain. You get exhausted easily, and you sweat a lot. When you are developing cancer it’s difficult to swallow, you lose weight, and you sweat at night or you get a fever. When you are depressed you are sad and miserable a lot. There are a lot of other consequences on top of all of these.

  8. Party Problems with Alcohol!!! Many teens even drink, mostly at parties, when a bunch of teens have a party late at night. What's even more sad is that parents don't even stop their kids. Sometimes they even drink with them. The next thing you know, the parent is in jail. Even if you are not drinking but you’re at the party, you will could still go to jail; everyone at the party who is close to the alcohol could go. Sometimes if the people at the party hear the police coming, they might try to hide the bottles of alcohol from the cops: The cops need evidence.
