We assist individuals in making educational, training, and occupational choices, helping them define strengths and weaknesses and make the right career decisions. Our network aims to bridge the gap between school and work and provide career counselors and policy makers with the resources and training opportunities they need. Network’s Objectives • To bring career guidance to the education policy front and contribute to the upgrading of teaching and learning career development. • To explore the best practices on the implementation of career guidance education in Europe through extended surveys • To offer specialized support and training opportunities to educators of career guidance in schools throughout Europe. • To establish horizontal links between school & society • To promote the European Dimension in career guidance reinforcing long-term mobility in Europe
Methodology of schools’ network • Each partner choose at least five schools from his country • Forward to schools the research material • Teachers-counselors implement and evaluate the new activities • Researchers upgrade and improve the activities
