Tour highlights include hi-tech analysis lab, in-house developed shop floor control process, and examples of improvements implemented in our customer focused factory. After the tour learn about the processes that allow IEC to prosper and grow after a brush with near bankruptcy. The journey of how customer orders become product will be described: customer support & product launch process, shop floor scheduling that responds to ever-changing customer orders and the manufacturing execution system.
