Brokers expect the market to remain weak today as well. Here are the stocks to watch out in today’s trade.
Cairn India – The company’s June quarter earnings fell short of analyst estimates. The management said topline growth was impacted due to lower production and have given flat production guidance for this financial year.
Eicher Motor The company’s June quarter revenues grew 29 percent to Rs 2,916 crore and margins expanded 210 basis points (bps). The management said lower other income impacted the company’s profit in this quarter. Idea Cellular – The company’s June quarter revenues grew 8.7 percent to Rs 8,798 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 930.8 crore.

. Sanofi The company had a subdued June quarter with a revenue growth of 8.7 percent to Rs 549 crore and 11.7 percent profit growth to Rs 64.2 crore. The management informed that the company’s board has approved selling of its commercial property in Mumbai, which is expected to be completed by September this year.

. Rane Engine Valve Weak operating performance weighed on first quarter earnings. The company’s operating margin decreased 3.4 percent. However, the profit was boosted by exceptional gains through sale of land. Total income grew 20.9 percent to Rs 86.8 crore.

Infosys The company rallied on its earnings in market yesterday. Delivery quantity was 96 lakh shares on Tuesday compared to a 10-day average of 18.3 lakh shares. Zee Entertainment , Ashok Leyland – Both the stocks saw delivery based buying in markets yesterday, which is expected to extend in today’s trade as well
