  1. Genesys Meeting Center Cheat Sheet Have the meeting call out to you to connect – type phone number to dial in the box Displays instructions for dialing into the call on the screen Voice over IP – must have headset with mic and earphones plugged in

Genesys Meeting Center Cheat Sheet Share an already uploaded presentation – select it from the list Upload a new presentation – this can also be done from the Conference Manager prior to the start of the call Application sharing – either one file at a time or your entire desktop No visuals needed, manage audio portion of call

  3. Dial Out to Participant by typing in their name and phone number. Send link to join via instant messenger or email. Select presentation. Audio controls for whole group Run application sharing. Use slide preview to view upcoming slides or jump to another slide. Or use arrows at bottom or click mouse within viewing field to advance slides. Manage audio call. Use Help menu to Dial Customer Support (24x7 Helpdesk) or to access online user guide Start Recording Meeting options – customize interface, chat options, connection options, etc. Right click on name Pass control of meeting End Meeting Move participant to break-out room (audio only – they will not be able to hear what is going on in main conference room until you move them back Drop this participant connection Genesys Meeting Center Cheat Sheet

Access Conference Manager using Launcher Icon or Button in Outlook toolbar Launch an Ad Hoc Meeting Schedule a new Meeting View and edit scheduled meetings View archives of recorded meetings Upload presentations prior to start of meeting Create other resources – polls, surveys, file transfers,etc. Access reports of past meetings – usage, participant lists, etc. Set up preferences for account – time zone, phone numbers, email, etc Access to user guide and Customer Service
