  1. September Digital Reflection By: Tyler Mattingley

  2. September Monthly Progress Reflection I collaborated with my mentor, Damon Balcerak, two times this month. I discussed my idea for my 8th grade project with my mentor to see if it was a good idea or not. He agreed with the idea of learning how to hunt but made a few recomendations. The second time we met, I questioned what online source I should use for my hunter’s safety classes. He suggested I use www.ihea-usa.org and we discussed what I would study. We agreed to meet or e-mail during October to discuss my progress on the online classes.

  3. What I Learned In September I have learned quite a bit this month. Primarily I learned the importance of planning the steps to reach a goal. I also learned there are many different online sources I can use for my hunter’s safety course work. Another thing I have learned is when I finish my hunter’s safety classes impacts what bird or animal I should hunt. I now know I need to complete my course work by November.

  5. Goals for Next Month My main goal for October is to complete three sections of the online course work per week. This means I will complete Intro to Hunter’s Education, Hunting Safety, and Hunter Responsibility courses by October 31, 2013. I will meet or e-mail my mentor at least three times during October to discuss my progress on the online classes. I will also investigate when I can take in person course work. This will keep me busy during October.
