  2. September • September I started off working on the basics like how to use the tools. • I also worked on technique and detail because in cake decorating design and technique are very important.

  4. October • In October I worked on more detail and technique because technique and detail take a lot of work. • Another thing my mentor and I worked on was making the cakes from scratch and the icing/frosting from scratch also.

  6. November • In November I started to learn what the tools were and how to use them. • Also, in November my mentor and I worked on of course more detail and technique so that the cakes could look the best of their ability. • The last thing my mentor and I worked on was working with the fondant.
