  20. Job – Project Motivation – Cooperation - Structure • Real jobs with a product that can be sold • Social skills such as reliability, teamwork skills need to be developed • Individual arrangements are possible • Agreements shouldberespected

Educational support and coaching • Individual socio-educational monitoring • Compliance with the agreements • Assistance with social problems • (for example help with debt, •   homelessness, domestic violence ...) • Professional integration coaching •   (Assistance in finding further training or • jobs, help with job applications)
