What’s a Labor Union? • Labor unions provide a way for workers to act as a group. Unions make collective bargaining possible. They are an organization of workers that acts to protect workers’ rights and interests.
Why employers and unions need to bargain? • So they can both mutually agree on consensus that is best for both groups of people.
