  13. RECRUITING COMMAND CHAPLAIN RESERVE SUPPORT PROGRAM (CRSP)

Ministry Added • Installation Chaplains (Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Navy, & Marine) across the command are used to augment the ministry of the Chaplains assigned to USAREC • Reserve and National Guard Chaplains are used when available • Retired Chaplains (members of the Military Chaplains Association [MCA]) have been invited to provide ministry to local stations and recruiting Companies

  16. Chaplain Ministry • Counseling • Chaplains provide counseling as needed • BDEs provide funding for travel • Counseling load related to site visits

Chaplain Ministry • Unit Ministry Team Programs • Provide a comprehensive program • Brief commanders on a regular basis • A voice of concern balanced with mission • Command Support • Site visits of UMT - coordinate with SFAs • Training programs - coordinate with SFAs • Wellness must stay on the table • must asked the questions • must hold commands responsible on how they care for Soldiers and their families
