Creating A New Layer In The Value Chain T1 Xstream/ANA Technical Presentation
Embedded Devices Convergence gateway operating system designed for high availability networking. Powered By TELoIP ANA System IP Router Firewall VPN Wireless QoS ANA Cheetah 5000 ANA Concentrator Device Supports up to 300 CPE’s Used as CPE for up to 50 Mbps ANA Cheetah 3000 ANA CPE Device Supports for up to 30 Mbps ANA - Recommended for ANA >10Mbps Symmetrical Cheetah 300 ANA CPE Device Supports for up to 18 Mbps ANA (Asymmetrical) - For ANA up to 18Mbps Asymmetrical , or <6Mbps Symmetrical Pg 2
ANA System Advantage Unique Patent Pending System Transparent • Carrier Independent • Add to existing connections (already in contract) • No IP address change on failover Scalable • Add more lines in future to increase speed • Connect multiple and or diverse carrier links • Combine differing speed links Reliable • Seamless failover • No dropped VoIP calls on network outage • Bi-Directional IPQoS for application assurance
ANA Brings Quality To VoIP Voice over IP “PROBLEM SOLVED!” ANA quality and reliability unleashes the full VoIP market potential. You can now mix voice with data over the same network & reduce costs. • Guaranteed VoIP Quality • Even when large downloads are happening • Survives network outages without dropping calls • Bi-Directional avoidance of poor line conditions Pg 4

Partner Value Proposition Take New Client Base From Competitors Future RFP's will have failover and diverse carrier requirements We comply with aggregated speed allowing you to manage all connections Refresh Existing Customer Base With Diverse Carrier Up Sell: + 1xADSL or Cable = 2X, 3X Speed and Diverse Carrier Deliver Superior Quality VoIP Services Drive Bandwidth Sales Bi-Directional IPQoS supporting asymmetrical bandwidth products No Dropped VoIP Calls on Network Outage Pg 8

ANA RLA(Rate Limit Avoidance Technique) Rate-Limit Avoidance (RLA) Broadband & Metro Ethernet type connections use tail drop techniques for rate-limiting services provided to customers. This causes high latency and packet loss when communicating in the upper bandwidth region of the individual connections. (Preemptive: as you reach the limit.) IPDE can use RLA to avoid unwanted bandwidth regions and deliver a smooth reliable traffic flow for VoIP, Video, and Data applications.
Broadband Upload Problem(Tail Drop Implications) ADSL chart shows latency starting to peak at 63% usage CABLE chart shows latency starting to peak at 83% usage • Exponential latency Increase • Packet drops at upper echelon of upload bandwidth
RLA In Action RLA chart shows an aggregated scenario with overall latency reduced and no exponential peaks.
Monitoring & Management Monitoring • SNMP Monitoring • Services Monitoring • ANA System Metrics • AD-HOC Reporting / Statistics • SLA Management Management • CPE / Concentrator Devices: SSH or Telnet • ANA System Sessions: RADIUS • ANA System Tuning
