What’s RPIN? • A voluntary affiliation of peopleand agencies in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties committed to improved communication to citizens during a major disruption • A Web tool available to all RPIN partners to post breaking news and emergency alerts • An e-News subscription service, available to partners, media and general public
