Now compare these two sentences • I have some money in my pocket. • I don’t have any money in my pocket.
Also compare these two sentences • There are two pictures on the wall. • There are no pictures on the wall.
Again review the pictures and read the sentences more carefully There aren’t any children in the yard. Or: There are no children in the yard
There isn’t any pig in the garden. Or: There is no pig in the garden.
I don’t have any money in my pocket. Or: I have no money in my pocket.
There aren’t any pictures on the wall. Or: There are no pictures on the wall.

So, there is a rule: Any is used in negative sentences & questions. Ex. Does he have any bag? Ex. He doesn’t have any bag. He doesn’t have no bag. No is used in positive sentences. Ex. He has no bag. He has any bag.
