Student Equity Plan The committee identified the essential elements to effectively address student equity. • Campus Training: Plan, develop and implement campus-wide diversity training. • Communication: Create a variety of means of mass communication that allows for the free flow of information through the college. • Campus Culture: Foster an atmosphere sensitive to diversity. • Student Success Strategies: Assess and address our student population to identify and remove barriers to their success. • Shared Governance: Address and redefine the goals of shared governance committees to include student equity.
