VangyacheBharit Recipes • Ingredients : • 1 brinjal, big • 2 onion, finely chopped • 2 tomatoes finely chopped • 3 – 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 1 tsp red chili powder • 1 tsp mustard seeds • 1 tsp garam masala • 1/4 tsp hing • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 2 tsp oil • coriander leaves, chopped • salt to taste
VangyacheBharit Recipes Apply some oil to brinjal. Pierce the brinjal several times with fork to make small holes in it. Roast the brinjal on the gas flame directly. Keep rotating from all the sides so that it gets roasted evenly. Let it cool completely. Remove the cover and take out the pulp. Mash it. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic cloves and fry for 2 minutes. Now add mustard seeds. when the mustard seeds starts popping add chopped onion.
VangyacheBharit Recipes 7. Fry onion till golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry again. 8. Add red chili powder garammasala,hing, turmeric powder. Fry for few minutes. 9. Add mashed brinjal and mix well. 10. Add salt to taste. 11. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. 12. Spread coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti/bhakri.
