  3. Melanie Lawrence is an amazing coach who is driven to see her students succeed. She creates professional development that is transformative, implements programs with ease, encourages creative synergy, and lights the spark of brilliance within herself and the people she works with.

  4. Her professional history is a remarkable resume of accomplishments. Melanie showed flexibility and commitment to her job at Richfield Public Schools from 1998 to 2019. She spent nineteen years as a third, fourth, and fifth grade teacher.

  5. Melanie Lawrence changed careers in 2014, taking on the role of TOSA and contributing significantly to the district's cutting-edge professional development and teacher-led assessment initiatives.

  6. Melanie Lawrence made a professional move in 2017 when she took on the position of assistant principal at Richfield STEM Elementary, where she oversaw a bustling community of over 700 students and over 70 staff members.
