Improve Further Education • Curriculum should focus on subject sector areas that offer quantity (the scale of jobs) and growth (net growth in jobs) opportunities: • Health and Social Care • Marketing and Sales • Building and Construction • Business Management • Accounting and Finance • Manufacturing Technologies; and • Child Development and Well Being • Employers, continue to cite various skills shortages – the most common being management and leadership skills; and ICT and communication skills.
