  6. Step 1: Choosing a Topic • 1. Visit the resources to the right. • 2. Read through the topics and debates listed • 3. Choose a topic you are interested in. • 4. Go to Thesis Builder and enter your information. Write your thesis on a sheet of paper and submit it to your teacher. • Technology Debates • Science Debates • New York Times Student Opinions • Essay topics Return to Table of Contents Instructions Resources

  7. Step 2: Organizing Ideas • 1. Complete a Google search of your topic. • 2. Find three ideas to support your topic from official sources. • 3. Find one reason why someone might disagree with your topic. • 4. Complete a diagram like the one under Resources. Sample Diagram Instructions Resources

Step 3: Create a Glog • Ask your teacher for your Glog account information. • Watch a tutorial on creating a Glog. • Log in and begin to create your Glog! • Use the video tutorials on Glogster if your need help with the program. • Ask your teacher for help when needed. • Save Glog as you are working.
